These Terms of Service govern your use of SprinterVanRentals.com and our luxury Sprinter van rental services. By booking a reservation or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation. Booking confirmations will be sent via email within 15 minutes of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount. Modifications to booking details can be made free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers. Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded.

Liability

SprinterVanRentals.com maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage on all vehicles. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.

Pricing

All quoted prices include the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking, and gratuity unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for: overtime beyond the reserved hours, additional stops not in the original itinerary, and cleanup fees for excessive mess or damage.
